Guarantee and Returns

All products on Paradox Europe are delivered with product warranty. Does not show product to have produced your right on product warranty. If you do not want to receive something, please contact us via email: info@paradoxeurope.com. Try to describe the problem as clearly as possible and always send a photo. This is very helpful in assessing and reviewing the problem. We will try to contact you within 48 hours. When it comes to a well-founded complaint, it must offer another solution. We try to process your complaint as quickly as possible.

Explanation Right of withdrawal

During the cooling off period of 30 days you as a consumer have the right to assess and try the article as you would normally be allowed in the store. In general, this means that you as a consumer can unpack the article and apply it in the same way as you would be allowed to do in the store.

Returns / exchanges

 

At Paradox Europe you can exchange or return an item within 30 days after collection or after delivery of the items ordered by you. For return, please contact Paradox Europe by phone or email. The contact details can be found on the invoice or on our website. You must return the item within 14 days after the notification. Condition is that the packaging of the article is complete and undamaged (if reasonably possible) and the product undamaged.

The return costs are € 4 per order. You can easily return the items by following these steps:

1. Fill out the return form (in your package) and indicate why you return the item.

2. Put the return form and the items in a suitable box, eg the box in which you received your items.

3. Place the return label (this can be requested via info@paradoxeurope.com) on your package.

 

4. Bring your package to a DPD parcel shop, you can find addresses at www.dpd.com/nl
